I had a great experience working with Caitlin! Not only is she very knowledgeable in her field, but her dedication to her patient’s recovery is top notch. I tore my MCL (tear 2) and sprained my ACL, this was my first sports injury, and she explained the clinical diagnose to us, so we understood what to expect from therapy. She created an exercise regime for me to follow and she checked in regularly to update/change exercises as I improved. She was very supportive giving my parents and I recommendations on things that would help my recovery.
I am fully recovered now, and I would recommend Caitlin Kahn to anyone in need of physical therapy. She is a high-level physical therapist, and she achieves great results for her patients!

Dr. Caitlin has been so knowledgeable in helping my 12 year old with his Osgood Schlatters diagnosis. She helped progress his healing journey much faster than we had anticipated. We are very grateful for that, as he did not want to miss out on his soccer season. She is very thorough and never rushes you. Since having children I have dealt with overwhelming amounts of anxiety and stress and have had trouble finding long-term solutions. Caitlin has helped immensely with this. She really takes the time to figure out what each person's needs are and works on finding a solution to match their lifestyle. I love her unique approach in combining simple everyday practices (i.e. gua sha, meditation, etc.) AND movement (i.e. yoga, HIIT, etc.) to help you reach your goals. She taught me some quick self-care "snacks" that can be done daily to help manage stress but also gets your body moving. Not to mention, she provided us with an adorable self-care package to help with sleep and stress. I would highly recommend this wellness program to any of my friends!.”

“I’ve just concluded Caitlin’s Sleep & Stress Management class and have had the best consistent sleep in my adult life…As a mom of two with a high stress job, sleep doesn’t always come easily. Prior to taking the course I would average about 3 hours of sleep per night and became reliant on sleeping aids for more than that. Caitlin’s soothing voice and mindful instructions were a much needed respite for my overly tired self. I appreciated her detailed and technical instructions as they helped me visualize the particular body system we were working on. The physical yoga flows were also especially helpful in calming my mind and preparing my body for rest.
